A comprehensive three-year warranty, free updates, and unlimited support ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind.

This device comes with a full three-year warranty. If any issue arises during this period (regardless of the cause), the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The device also has a ten-year guarantee, with the cost of transporting the device to/from Vebko covered by your company. The replacement device’s transportation will be covered by Vebko.

After the warranty period, we continue to provide full support, with fees potentially applying.

All software and hardware updates will be provided free of charge.

Twenty hours of free training will be provided for each device as long as the customer pays for the accommodation and community. The training course can take place at Vebko or your company. In either case, transportation and accommodation costs will be covered by your company.

We offer 24/7 telephone support, as well as dedicated Telegram and WhatsApp groups where you can get your queries answered. The telephone numbers and group titles are available in Vebko's software (AMPro) and on the body of the relay tester.
